- 20 leaves Indian Borage
- 2 large pieces Rock Sugar
Gather between 15-20 leaves of Indian Borage. Wash and discard brown parts.
Boil a pot of water and add Indian Borage leaves to it. Once it has begun to boil, turn down the heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add 2-3 blocks of rock sugar.
Stir and taste. It should have a minty flavor with sweetness.
Serve hot or cold as liked.

- For a thicker syrup, use more leaves and more sugar with less water. Add hot water as needed when making the drink.
